This house is anchored in a wooded area making it enjoy natural shade and is surrounded by native plants. The house is located not far from the city of St-Hippolyte and therefore enjoys municipal services but also all the outdoor activities located in the region.

Catherine and Scott wanted to include their two passions in the design: music and travel. The house is on one level, to enjoy universal accessibility and minimize unnecessary spaces. Catherine and Scott plan to start a family in this house, which is why the children’s rooms are located on one side and the master bedroom on the other.
