It all began with a team of passionate entrepreneurs who wanted to change the world by revolutionizing the construction industry. Discover how we became experts in ecological and sustainable homes designed to respect their natural environment.

Grands Prix du Design

What incredible recognition! We won not one, not two, but three awards at the Grands Prix du Design, which celebrates the excellence and talent of designers and companies who have set themselves apart through exemplary practice. It's also the year that we merge our two websites, Iluma and Belvedair, to form one, all under a new brand identity. Belvedair has also been awarded the “Employeur Élite” certification, in recognition of our commitment to the well-being of our teams.

2024

35th LEED certification

We've come a long way since our 1st LEED certification! In 2023, we celebrate our 35th LEED certification: 23 platinum and 12 gold!

2023

New office

As the team continues to grow, it's time to move into new offices. Ideally located on Avenue Mont-Royal, it's the place to meet our customers and where great ideas are born for our teams!

A new corporate image

A new era, a new visual identity, a growing team and a new Domus Builder of the Year award from the APCHQ!

2020

Iluma

We are continually innovating and looking for new ways to improve. We therefore created a new service: the Iluma ecodomains! This is part of our continuous effort to offer you the best service in our field.

2019

Builder of the year

We receive two prestigious Domus awards (awarded by the APCHQ Metropolitain Montreal): Builder of the year and Sustainable development project for the construction of the first ecological condominiums in Mont-Tremblant, a joint venture with ECOLUMINIS.

2018

100th ecological house

Our 100th ecological house is built. Things are definitely progressing!

2017

1st Carbon neutral Certification

One of our projects, Julie's house, is the first house to be certified Carbon Neutral in Quebec!

2016

Our team gets bigger

Our team continues to grow both in size and in the number of its construction sites. The same year, we became instructors for the organization Ecohabitation.

2014

ÉcoEntrepreneur

We are accredited EcoEntrepreneur by the organization Ecohabitation.

2013

1st LEED Platinum Certification

The house of Benoit and Catherine is our first project to obtain a LEED Platinum certification, with a record score in its category.

2012

Belvedair

Synairgis (specialized in integrated design) and B.L. Ecoconstruction (specialized in construction) merged to form a new company, BELVEDAIR, that offers fully integrated architectural and ecoconstruction services, a first in Quebec.
