What incredible recognition! We won not one, not two, but three awards at the Grands Prix du Design, which celebrates the excellence and talent of designers and companies who have set themselves apart through exemplary practice. It's also the year that we merge our two websites, Iluma and Belvedair, to form one, all under a new brand identity.

We receive two prestigious Domus awards (awarded by the APCHQ Metropolitain Montreal): Builder of the year and Sustainable development project for the construction of the first ecological condominiums in Mont-Tremblant, a joint venture with ECOLUMINIS.

One of our projects, Julie's house, is the first house to be certified Carbon Neutral in Quebec!

The house of Benoit and Catherine is our first project to obtain a LEED Platinum certification, with a record score in its category.

Belvedair
Synairgis (specialized in integrated design) and B.L. Ecoconstruction (specialized in construction) merged to form a new company, BELVEDAIR, that offers fully integrated architectural and ecoconstruction services, a first in Quebec.
