MARIE AND FÉLIX
Rustic ecological chic house.
Elegant and unique, Marie and Félix's house is designed to bring together three generations under one roof, including grandparents, parents, older teens and young children!
The goal: to allow the harmonious cohabitation of people with very different needs in order to create an environment where everyone helps each other while still having a certain level of privacy.
Marie and Félix wanted their new home to be chic yet slightly rustic. We built them a home that is ultra-comfortable with a “chalet” touch and makes you feel immediately at ease with beautiful, bright spaces.
Open and flexible in terms of the size and layout of the rooms, Marie and Félix had specific needs and aesthetics in mind. The design team worked with them to create ergonomic, well-proportioned spaces, arranged to meet their present and future lifestyles.
Equipped with a 733 sqaure foot autonomous unit, a walk-out basement for the children and a master's quarters on the ground floor, the house serves different purposes and distinguishes them spatially, while optimizing space.
